Call Center Agent

Position Code: COB_001A

Location: Ioannina, Greece (on-site)

Work for the largest U.S. Internet Service Providers: Comcast and AT&T.

To help meet our goals, we need highly motivated Agents to represent our company through inbound phone-based support.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

If hired for our Agent position, prospective candidates should be able to:

  • Answer incoming calls from potential customers looking for home Internet, TV and Mobile Phone services.
  • Listen to callers' needs and find the right solution to meet those needs.
  • Describe and explain all available options offered by internet provider to help customers make an informed decision.
  • Advise customers to move towards a sale on the first-touch call.
  • Follow up with customers who did not make an immediate decision during the first interaction.

IDEAL CANDIDATE CHARACTERISTICS

An ideal candidate would demonstrate the following qualities:

  • Consistency:  can be depended on to perform quality work
  • Systematic Approach: enjoys knowing there is a system to rely on which can be followed to find success
  • Great Customer Service: shows a sincere interest in callers’ needs and enjoys exceeding customer expectations
  • Strong Time Management: stays on task while answering frequent calls and entering accurate, brief notes

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be proficient in the English language 
  • Great typing and computer skills
  • Previous call center experience desirable

STARTING SALARY: 800 Euros net

Potential to start on higher salary, depending on individual profile and experience | We also provide the opportunity for additional remuneration with commission, based on individual performance/ target attainment.
